Paper Submision Guidelines
All final submissions to the conference should be written in English with a maximum paper length of 6 printed pages. Final manuscript preparation should abide the following guidelines:

  1. Submit your manuscript either in PDF or in Microsoft Word format. Use the most current version of Microsoft Word which will help in reducing word-to-pdf conversion issues such as embedded fonts, bookmarks, etc..
  2. Submissions should strictly follow the recommended IEEE conference template.
  3. All references must follow the IEEE format of referencing.
  4. Papers are reviewed on the basis that they do not contain any plagiarized material and have not been submitted to any other conference at the same time (multiple submission).

  5. Papers upload via EDAS

Authors are instructed to submit their paper via EDAS submission system only. It is the authors' responsibility to ensure that the author list and the paper title of the submitted pdf/doc/docx file is an exact match to the author list and paper title on the EDAS registration page. In particular, the EDAS registration page must include all co-authors, not just the submitting author. Please be aware that the author list of an accepted paper can NOT be changed in the final manuscript.
